If you are not satisfied with your order, the product isn’t the right size, you can change the products within at least14 days of receipt. In this case, you will be solely charged with the direct cost of return of the product.
In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return. In this case, shipments are made only through ACS COURIER
For the return of a product, you must complete and send us an e-mail at email@example.com, stating the date of order and the number of the order within the exclusive period of (14) days. A necessary condition is that the product must be returned in its initial package and at the same perfect state as when you received it along with the relevant payment receipt, including the special signs (labels) of the product.
Any products that have been returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, at the expense of the return cost.
The new products you choose should be of equal or greater value than the products you want to change. Any monetary difference is not offset by shipping costs.
